FREE Shipping:
Unlike many other web sites that have a lot of special rules and lots of fine print, Endangered Cultures offers free shipping on all domestic orders weighing under 15 pounds placed on our website, with no other sizes or special exceptions.
Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time Endangered Cultures understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. However it is important to note our items are all handmade and many of our fabrics are crafted in developing countries. We make a very limited number of each item, which make our items distinctive allowing you to make a a very individual fashion statement. We are not mass merchandisers and do not hold large inventories of large quantities of the same item. Any item in inventory will ship within 24 hours. Other items will ship as soon as they are made. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order generally in less than 30days.
If there is a delay due to fabric delivery or for any other reason you will be notified and provided the option of selecting a different item that can ship sooner otherwise you will receive updates as your item progresses
FREE Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our easy self-service return process (via My Account) to print out a free return label - your domestic shipping costs are prepaid.

With Endangered Cultures’ 120 day return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same brand new unused condition it was went we sent it to you…. After all someone is very likely looking for the exact item you are returning since our production runs are very limited.
Return With Endangered Cultures - It's Easy:
You can return your purchase for up to 120 days from the purchase date. If you purchase on 2/29 you have until 6/29 the following Leap Year to return those orders. That's four whole months!
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Return shipping is absolutely FREE.
You will be provided with a pre-paid UPS domestic or USPS domestic label to return the purchase to us.*
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
